Job Title: Commercial Architect


We are a leading architecture firm based in Kolding, seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, ensuring that they meet the functional and aesthetic needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Manage all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques
- Ensure all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Biometric passport
