Job Title: Senior Architectural Designer


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our team in Oslo. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design process of various architectural projects. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Supervise and mentor junior designers
- Review and ensure quality control of all design materials
- Use your technical expertise to create detailed drawings, models, and presentations
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and experience working on diverse projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Norway is preferred
