Quality Assurance Engineer


We are in search of a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products before they are released to our customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for new features and product enhancements
- Identify and report software defects and work with the development team to resolve them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide feedback on product design
- Conduct regression testing to ensure overall system functionality after updates or changes
- Document and maintain testing procedures and results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
- Proficient in at least one programming language (such as Java, Python, or C++)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with test automation tools like Selenium or Appium. Candidates must also have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position does not include accommodation but offers visa sponsorship for non-residents.
