Executive Chef - Fine Dining Experience
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the culinary operations of our high-end restaurant in Greenland. Your main goal will be to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests through the creation of innovative and high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and service
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, ordering, inventory control, and cost management
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure their performance meets our expectations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
- Create new and innovative dishes that reflect local ingredients and cultural influences
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for creating unique culinary experiences using local ingredients
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month along with other benefits such as accommodation, transportation, and meals.
Location:
This position is located in Greenland. While we prefer candidates who are familiar with the local culture and cuisine, we welcome applicants from all nationalities with relevant experience.
