Part-Time Industrial Architect

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Industrial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Roskilde, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, ensuring they meet safety regulations and client specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to determine project requirements
- Prepare detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Work within project budgets and timelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
