The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced Architectural Technologist with a strong understanding of architectural design principles and proficiency in relevant software. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural plans and drawings for various projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits, preparing 3D models, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in the USA
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural plans and drawings for projects
- Conduct site visits to collect data and measurements
- Create 3D models using relevant software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other requirements
- Prepare construction documentation including floor plans, elevations, sections, details, etc.
- Review project specifications and make any necessary revisions or updates
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology
