We are hiring an experienced and talented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing architectural designs for various projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your technical skills and knowledge to create detailed architectural drawings and designs
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are accurate and feasible
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide recommendations for improvements
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and cost estimates
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per week for this position.

Location:
This role is based in Los Angeles but remote work options may be available.

At this time we are specifically looking for candidates who are Indian nationals or have experience working in India. Fluency in English is also required.
