Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop plans that meet their requirements while also ensuring functionality, safety, and sustainability. This role requires a high level of technical expertise in architecture, as well as strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project needs and goals
- Design industrial buildings and structures according to client specifications
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using specialized software
- Ensure that designs meet building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Oversee construction process to ensure designs are executed correctly
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor project progress to ensure it stays on schedule and within budget
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and address any issues that arise
- Make adjustments to designs as needed based on client feedback or changing project requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial architecture design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability principles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Almada (Portugal)

Employment Type: Full-time
