Part-Time Concierge in Ajman
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Concierge to join our team in Ajman. As a concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and memorable experience during their stay. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking for part-time work and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, spas, or other activities
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Maintain the lobby area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Assist with luggage handling and storage as needed
- Handle cash transactions for hotel services such as room service or laundry
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Valid own visa/work permit in UAE is required
