Moderator - Online Community Manager


As an Online Community Manager, you will be responsible for moderating and managing our online community forums. Your main role will be to ensure that all user-generated content is appropriate and follows our community guidelines. You will also be responsible for engaging with users, responding to their questions and concerns, and fostering a positive and inclusive online environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all user-generated content on our online forums, removing any inappropriate or offensive material
- Enforce community guidelines and address any violations in a timely manner
- Engage with users by responding to comments and questions, and encouraging positive discussions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for the forums
- Analyze forum activity and provide regular reports on user engagement and trends
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss community feedback and suggest improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online community management

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in online community management or moderation
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, online forums, and other digital communication channels
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with users in a professional manner
- Understanding of community guidelines and experience enforcing them
- Proven ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for creating positive online communities and promoting inclusivity

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Os (location preference but not required)
