Senior Architect (Monte-Carlo)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of various projects. Your expertise and leadership will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Develop design concepts, plans, and drawings for new construction, renovation, and restoration projects
- Review project proposals and provide valuable insights on feasibility and potential design challenges
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned with the design intent
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, identify issues, and provide solutions as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
