As a Restaurant Manager in Herning, Denmark, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the success of our restaurant. Your main duties will include managing and supervising staff, overseeing food and beverage preparation and presentation, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations including staff management, inventory control, budgeting, and customer service.
• Hire, train, schedule and supervise staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
• Develop new menu items in collaboration with the chef.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and providing feedback to employees.
• Develop promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Danish is a plus).
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control procedures.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this contract position. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified candidates.
