Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Herning
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Seasonal Restaurant Manager to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, from managing staff to ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all daily operations of the restaurant
- Recruit, train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create and implement marketing strategies to increase business revenue
- Keep track of financial records and prepare reports for management
- Maintain a positive work environment for employees
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management
- Customer-oriented with a focus on providing excellent service
- Must be able to legally work in Denmark (own visa or EU citizenship)
