Job Title: Junior Moderator



As a Junior Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online forums and chat rooms for our company. You will ensure that all user-generated content is appropriate and in line with our community guidelines. In addition, you will assist in resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor online forums and chat rooms to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Review user-generated content such as comments, posts, and messages
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support when needed
- Identify and report any inappropriate or offensive content
- Assist in resolving conflicts between users
- Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all users
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain consistency in moderating practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or related field preferred
- Prior experience moderating online communities is a plus
- Strong written communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and online forums
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflicts effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to identify inappropriate content quickly
- Familiarity with our company's products or services is a plus

Salary: 1300$
