We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Moderator to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating online discussions, forums, and social media platforms to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on various online platforms
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to maintain a safe and respectful environment
- Respond to user inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to develop new strategies for promoting user engagement
- Analyze data and provide reports on user activity and trends
- Identify and address potential issues or conflicts within the community

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a moderator or community manager in an online setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features
- Knowledge of online community management best practices
- Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas to drive engagement
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Roskilde, Denmark. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
