We are in need of a skilled Turner to join our team at a manufacturing company in Kolding, Denmark. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various turning machines to produce high-quality metal parts according to specifications. You will work with a variety of materials, such as steel, aluminum, and brass, and use different tools and techniques to shape and finish the metal pieces.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines by selecting the appropriate tools and adjusting the settings
- Read blueprints or technical drawings to understand the required specifications
- Operate turning machines to cut, shape, and finish metal pieces
- Monitor the machines for any issues or malfunctions and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality before sending them for further processing
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with different types of turning machines (e.g. CNC) and their operation
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments (e.g. calipers)
- Good physical stamina for standing long periods of time and lifting heavy materials if required
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any machine issues that may arise
