We are in search of a reliable and efficient Food Delivery Courier to join our team in Turaif, Saudi Arabia. As a Food Delivery Courier, you will be responsible for delivering food orders from various restaurants and establishments to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up food orders from designated restaurants and ensure accuracy of orders
- Deliver orders to customers within the designated time frame
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers politely and delivering orders with a smile
- Handle cash payments, issue receipts, and return change accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times
- Adhere to traffic rules and regulations while driving to ensure safety of self, passengers, and other motorists
- Report any delivery issues or customer complaints to the appropriate supervisor immediately
- Assist with additional tasks as needed or assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads up to 20kg
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Prior experience in food delivery or customer service is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Turaif city roads and locations is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
