Industrial Painter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Split, Croatia. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings, and ensuring a high-quality finish on various industrial equipment and structures. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed
- Mix paints and coatings according to specifications
- Apply paint using various methods such as spray guns, brushes, or rollers
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish
- Follow safety regulations and use protective equipment at all times
- Maintain paint equipment and keep work area clean
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and achieve project goals

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Experience working with industrial paints and coatings
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical strength and stamina to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
