Machine Learning Engineer - Ufa, Russia


We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to implement and deploy these models in production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop machine learning algorithms and models to address business needs
- Collaborate with data scientists to identify relevant data sources and features for model development
- Design experiments and perform data analysis to evaluate model performance
- Optimize models for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy
- Work with software engineers to integrate models into production systems
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed models

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in developing machine learning solutions
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java or C++
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and tools
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure
- Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and applications

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position based in Ufa, Russia. However, we welcome remote candidates from India who can work during overlapping hours. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
