Entry-Level Instrument Technician

We are in search of an entry-level Instrument Technician to join our team in Funchal. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of equipment and instruments used in industrial processes. This is a contract position without accommodation, ideal for freshers looking to start their career in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Install and calibrate instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, and level indicators
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify solutions for complex issues
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of instrument inventory

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Knowledge of electrical circuits and basic mechanical principles
- Familiarity with various types of measuring instruments and their functions
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1400 per month
