Job Title: Part-Time Administrator in Monte-Carlo
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. This is a part-time position with the option to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
Working Hours: This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, approximately 20 hours per week.
Salary: $1200 monthly salary for 20 hours per week.
Location: This position is based in Monte-Carlo but can be performed remotely if preferred.
