We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Greenland. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, providing training, and setting performance goals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record in sales. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, free visa and ticket provided. Accommodation is not included.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training and setting performance goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports for upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events to network and promote the company's products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel for work purposes
