Part-Time Turner Technician in Esbjerg
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Turner Technician to join our team on a part-time basis in Esbjerg. As a Turner, your main responsibility will be to operate and maintain various turning machines, ensuring their proper functioning and producing high-quality, precision parts for our clients. This is an ideal opportunity for students looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of mechanical engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain turning machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Read technical drawings and blueprints to determine correct settings and dimensions for parts
- Use precision measuring tools to ensure accurate production of parts
- Monitor machines during operation to identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working with machinery
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve production processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Turner or similar role
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring tools
- Knowledge of different types of turning machines and their functions
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively
- Biometric passport (preferred but not mandatory)
- Must be a student or have flexible availability for part-time work
Salary: $1600 per month (based on 20 hours per week)
Location: Esbjerg, Denmark (preferred but open to candidates from other nationalities or locations)
