Contract Moderator in Horsens, Denmark

As a Contract Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and respectful online community in various forums and discussion boards. You will review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring that it aligns with our company's policies and guidelines. Your role will also involve interacting with users, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. This position is open to all genders and does not require accommodation. To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in community moderation or customer service is preferred. You must also be familiar with social media platforms and have a good understanding of internet culture.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month. As a moderator, you will have the flexibility to work remotely from your own location. However, you may need to occasionally attend team meetings or events in Horsens.
