We are in search of a skilled and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As an Office Assistant, your main responsibility will be to support our office and staff with administrative tasks. This includes managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and assisting with other general office duties. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an office setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new ones when needed
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
- Assisting with data entry tasks
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Providing support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
- Proven experience working in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
