Office Manager
We are looking for a skilled and organized Office Manager to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing all administrative and operational tasks within the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in office management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Manage payroll and expenses for the office.
- Assist with recruitment processes by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: 1600$ per month (without accommodation)
Location: Odense, Denmark
