Part-Time Office Manager
We are seeking a part-time office manager to join our team in Odense. As the office manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time position with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails, filing, and organizing documents
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Greet clients and visitors, providing them with excellent customer service
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in planning company events and meetings
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1800$ per month (based on experience)
Location: Odense, Denmark (open to candidates of any nationality)
