Finisher Technician



Position: Finisher Technician
Location: Ufa, Russia
Salary: $1500 USD/month

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finisher Technician to join our team in Ufa. As a member of our finishing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timely completion of all finishing tasks in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of finishing tasks including sanding, buffing, painting, and polishing on various materials such as wood, metal, and plastic
- Inspect finished products for defects, imperfections, and adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the finishing process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the finishing area and equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in finishing or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a finisher or similar role; experience with woodwork, metalwork, or automotive finishes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or imperfections in finished products
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to follow written instructions
