Facade Technician

We are a leading construction company based in Herzliya, seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining the exterior building facades of our projects. Your duties will include conducting inspections, performing repairs and replacements, and coordinating with other construction professionals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in facade installation or maintenance, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to project specifications
- Conduct regular inspections of existing facades and identify any issues or areas in need of repair
- Perform repairs and replacements on damaged or deteriorating facades
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure compliance with design plans
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience in facade installation or maintenance preferred
- Ability to work at heights and comfortable using scaffolding
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Good communication skills
- Physical strength and stamina
