We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our growing team in Porto. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources into analytical datasets
- Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and develop strategies for data-driven decision making
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases such as MySQL or Oracle
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
