Restaurant Manager for Temporary Assignment in Faro, Portugal


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team for a temporary assignment in Faro, Portugal. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction, and managing a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, quality control, inventory management, and customer service
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and manage a team of employees to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing or finance to develop business plans

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred

Benefits:
As this is a temporary position, no accommodation will be provided. However, we offer competitive compensation at 1300$ per month.
