Junior Architectural Designer

As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for assisting senior designers with creating and developing architectural designs for various projects. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about architecture and design, and is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior designers with creating architectural designs and drawings
- Conduct site visits and gather necessary information for designs
- Collaborate with team members on design ideas and proposals
- Create 3D models and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Prepare presentations and materials for client meetings
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for architecture and design

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

This position is located in Fonvieille, a beautiful coastal city known for its stunning architecture.
