Waiter/Waitress

We are in search of a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Esbjerg. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure that all items on the menu are available and inform guests of any specials or substitutions
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
