Power Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power Engineer to join our team in Split. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining power systems for various projects. Your primary tasks will include conducting feasibility studies, creating technical drawings and specifications, performing calculations and simulations, and overseeing construction and installation activities. You must have a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, as well as experience with power system design software. The ideal candidate will also have excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the most efficient power system design for specific projects
- Create technical drawings and specifications for power systems
- Perform calculations and simulations to ensure the reliability and safety of power systems
- Oversee construction and installation activities to ensure compliance with design plans
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction or operation of power systems
- Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure successful project completion
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in power system technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in power system design
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles
- Experience with power system design software (e.g. ETAP, PSCAD)
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to power systems

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Split, Croatia (accommodation not provided)

Employment Type: Contract (6 months with possibility of extension)
