As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans and drawings for various projects in St. Petersburg, Russia. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and strong technical skills in architecture and design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings based on client requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs meet project objectives
- Incorporate sustainable design principles into all projects
- Use 3D modeling software to create visual representations of designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Prepare project proposals and presentations for clients
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience working as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in St. Petersburg
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
