Architectural Technologist - Faro, Portugal


Our architectural design firm in Faro, Portugal is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting and design, as well as a passion for sustainable and innovative building practices.

In this role, you will work closely with our architects and engineers to create detailed construction drawings and models for a variety of residential and commercial projects. You will also be responsible for conducting site visits and providing technical support during the construction process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Portugal
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and clients to create detailed architectural drawings and models
- Conduct site visits to ensure design plans are being followed accurately
- Provide technical support during the construction process
- Stay updated on local building codes and regulations
- Utilize sustainable and innovative building practices in all projects

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the selected candidate.
