We are a dynamic architectural firm seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faro, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural technology and possess a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a critical role in the design and construction process, utilizing your technical skills and knowledge to produce accurate and detailed drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop design concepts
- Produce detailed drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Research building codes, standards, and materials to ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare specifications for materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is an asset
