We are in need of a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Bergen. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboard walls and ceilings in residential and commercial buildings. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per week, without accommodation provided. We welcome applications from women who are interested in this profession.

As a Plasterboard Worker, your main duties will include measuring and cutting plasterboard according to specifications, installing the boards on walls and ceilings using screws or adhesive, and finishing the surface with joint compound and sanding tools. You will also be responsible for repairing any damaged areas or imperfections in the plasterboard.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience working as a Plasterboard Worker, with knowledge of different types of plasterboards and their installation techniques. You should also have good hand-eye coordination, physical stamina, and attention to detail.

This is a physically demanding job that requires you to work on your feet for long periods of time, lift heavy boards, and work at heights using ladders or scaffolding. Therefore, being physically fit is important for this role.

As our Plasterboard Worker, you will be expected to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills are also essential as you may need to collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites.
