Senior Architect - Greenland


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Greenland. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of various architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Oversee and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of construction
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as interior designers and landscape architects, to integrate all aspects of design
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture from a reputable institution
- Proven experience in leading large-scale architectural projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex design ideas to clients and team members
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage project teams effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month without accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Greenland.
