Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in the beautiful city of Faroe-Islands. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates for our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships to generate new business
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Manage the sales team and provide training, support, and guidance as needed
- Set sales targets, track progress, and report on results to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively
- Knowledge of local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in Faroe Islands is preferred
Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Contract job with accommodation provided by the company
