We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Hotel Sales Manager in the beautiful city of Faroe Islands. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and maintain relationships with current clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for revenue growth
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach towards increasing sales
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners to generate business for the hotel
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market changes
- Prepare sales reports and analysis to track progress towards set goals
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients to ensure profitability for the hotel
- Train and mentor sales team members to achieve their targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and marketing principles in the hospitality industry
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1800$ per month. Additional benefits such as health insurance, paid vacation days, and performance-based bonuses may be offered depending on experience.
