The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen, strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes
- Decorate cakes with icings and toppings
- Ensure quality and consistency of baked goods
- Maintain clean work area and equipment
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings
