Metal Fabricator - Herning, Denmark


We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for creating and repairing metal structures and equipment using a variety of tools and techniques. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark dimensions on metal pieces to be cut, bent or shaped
- Use various tools such as saws, shears, drills, and welding equipment to cut and shape metal
- Weld or solder pieces together to form the desired structure or equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Make necessary repairs or adjustments as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using various hand and power tools
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary
- Flexibility to work on different projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade school diploma or equivalent training in metal fabrication
- Certification in welding
- Prior experience working with biometric passports is a plus
