We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. Your attention to detail and knowledge of different brewing methods will ensure that every cup is consistently delicious. In addition to making drinks, you will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café area.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages following company recipes and standards
- Educate customers on different brewing methods, coffee origins, and flavor profiles
- Maintain a clean and organized café area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service experience

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art skills preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for Portugal

Salary: 900$ per month (based on experience)
