Plumber - Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems and fixtures to identify any issues or potential problems
- Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues
- Install new plumbing systems and fixtures as needed
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and building codes
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding maintenance schedules and repairs needed
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber or Maintenance Technician
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and fixtures
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals
- Own transportation required
- Valid plumber's license preferred
