The city of Aarhus is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a part-time position with accommodation provided, this job is ideal for students looking to gain valuable experience while earning a competitive salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating equipment
- Work closely with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with supervisors to report progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Valid heavy equipment operator's license/certification
- At least 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar setting

- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating specific types of heavy equipment (e.g. bulldozers, excavators, etc.)
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques for heavy equipment
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed
