Office Administrator
We are hiring an experienced Office Administrator to join our growing team in Aarhus. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies and equipment, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, and providing general administrative support to staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing paperwork
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting mail and distributing faxes
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Provide general administrative support to staff by drafting letters, creating reports, and organizing files
- Assist with the preparation of presentations or other materials needed for meetings or events
- Keep track of office expenses and manage budget for supplies and services
- Ensure all office policies are followed by employees
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1300/month
Location: Aarhus
