We are in need of a friendly and capable Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Esbjerg. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters, and other establishments
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain the lobby area to ensure it is clean and welcoming at all times
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to fulfill guest requests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a concierge in a hotel setting
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events in Esbjerg is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month. This is a full-time position with working hours that may vary based on the needs of the hotel. Benefits such as health insurance may also be provided.
