Part-time Concierge in Esbjerg

We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-time Concierge to join our team in Esbjerg. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting with various tasks such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide information about the hotel and local area
- Book reservations for dining, activities, and transportation
- Keep track of guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintain the appearance of the lobby area
- Keep inventory of necessary supplies and restock as needed
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Basic computer skills
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1200$ per month (based on 20 hours per week)

Location: Esbjerg, Denmark (local candidates preferred)
