We are in need of a reliable and friendly Concierge to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assistance to guests staying at our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel, its facilities, and local area attractions
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for guests
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, providing accurate information or making appropriate recommendations
- Coordinate reservations for dining, transportation, or other services as requested by guests
- Maintain the lobby area in a clean and organized manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests at all times
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and respond proactively to any issues or complaints that may arise during their stay
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure all guest needs are met in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset
- Strong knowledge of the local area and its attractions; ability to make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
